headed out a few days ago to a local pond i frequent only got a few hours in but landed a good meals worth. fish were very unactive and without a vex to locate them and their depth id easily have went home empty handed. these fish would run at my bait coming from the bottom to my bait very quickly only to turn and go back from where they came. constant jiggin and re-glowing my bait lured them to bite. the only good side was every one i landed was a keeper no question my biggest measure about 9 1/2". i know there are bigger ones down there but they are very finnicky especially on this small pond
a bit over 9 inch gill

there are def. down there but gettin em to bite was another story, those are all fish minus the actual arm that was spinning thru as you see a mark with no color
