I got my 2004 Special Edition Limited Catalog today. It's got to be one of the classiest catalog's I've ever seen. I have a fine collection of these things going, I think it is my 4th one now.

Now that I made the mistake of asking for one of the specialized ones, I now get them all it seems. Got one called "Tackle Box" and another one simply called "Salmon". Ohhhhh man......the pocket book is going to take a beating. :)

I did the same thing!! NOW I get them for ... reloading, archery, saltwater, salmon fishing gear and tackle, along with ALL of the normal ones. They even send me one for corporate clothing.

I think my wife has been tossing a few of them before I get a chance to go through them,... the pile near my recliner is much smaller for some reason! ;)

Got mine today. That must be the best book yet. This is the 1st time that they sent me a hard cover book. This one goes on the shelf. I must of spent a lot of money last year to get this one.

I got mine, it's sweet, it's the second one I've gotten so far. I didn't start to get the hardcover's catalog's until I dropped around $1500.00 dollar ordering items online last winter to get my boat ready to do some salmon fishing. Is there a correlation? I don't know, but all the guys at work give me a hardtime about $1500.00 dollar catalogs I have on my desk.

I THINK IT HAS TO DO WW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND ONLINE. JUST A LITTLE TIP HAVE YOU FRIENDS ODER ON YOUR ACOUNT SO IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR A BIG SPENDER.

I feel so unworthy now.
All I ever get from them are the paper catalogs.

Now if Rollie and Helens or Thorne Brothers would start sending out special editions that would be a different story all together.

I think they sell them in the store for $15 or $20. A lot cheaper than dropping $1500 to get on a freeby list.

I might be a bit slow, but I will never pay money for a catalog to search for things to pay them money for......

I wouldn't either. I laughed when I saw them at the store.

When I was at the store last year in the spring I saw the book behind the customer service counter. I told the guy I've spent 1000's of dollars from Cabelas, starting in around 1990, and I'd really like one of those books! About 2 months later I recieved one, and just last week I recieved another.....Definately the "grandaddy" of sportmens mail-order catologs!
