Devils Lake tip up festival

Just thought I'd remind everyone that this weekend is Tip Up festival on Devils Lake located just outside the Irish Hills. It's always a pretty fun time, ice fishing contest, snowmobile and 4 wheeler races, poker runs. They have like 5 bars right around the lake that involve the poker run, a card at each place. Best hand wins. There is a motel on the north side of the lake, Clear Water Resort, call first cause they're usually busy on theweekends... (517) 547-7472. Hope to see some of ya out there.

thought I'd mention to anyone not familiar with the lake, there is a public access site that most people park at on the south-west corner of the lake. It holds like 60 cars and most of the activities on the ice are held right out from this area. Just thought I'd mention that.
