Hi folks,
Just wanted to pass along an incident about a guy who told me while he was fishing last week at Selfridge that a guy told him to get out of those holes he was fishing in. When he asked him why, the guy said that he cut those holes the day before and that they were his.
He also had another guy walk up on him and asked how he was doing then proceeded to use a power auger 15ft from where he was fishing. Anyone else have any idiot stories to tell while on the pond icefishing? Im sure we can use some good humor on these cold days.

We all have had to deal with rude people that dont respect the space of other people. Have faith that all things come full circle.

Couple of years ago Pollywog and me got into a nice school of perch at Brandenburg. Action was so hot I pulled one rod out of the water and was fishing with one. Out of nowhere comes about 8 idiots on 4 wheelers/snowmobiles and pull right next to us to "see how they're biting". Needless to say the bite stopped dead. What were they thinking??

Some years ago, arrived at the honey hole, with a few fellows already fishing the hard water. Asked how they had been doin and they said ok. Then they told me every hole on the lake they had cut and I won't be fishin any of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I didn't have a partner that day,(of course) so, the first open hole I came up to I sat right down on the bucket and started fishin. I figured if they came at me to enforce the all the holes are ours, I'd just start swinging the spud and hope I'd take out a couple of them before the got to me. They were pissed off to say the least, but they never did try to stop me!
