Beacon Cove 1-29

Set up in Beacon cove to spear for Pike from 2pm to dark. No pike were seen, we did see small perch a largmouth bass and a sheepshead. Water was a bit cloudy could barly see bottom in 6 ft of water. Had a couple jumbos come through at dark. The guy in the wood shanty got a 35 incher in the am.

Fished there on Sat 1/24 did well on the perch right at dusk had about 15 keepers biggest at 11 in. Lots of dinks in there too. Did not catch one on the lake so moved in there, only other person fishing there was spearing. Was that you?? Do you ever hear of any crappie being taken out of there??
