they really slowed down since monday

managed to squeak out about 40 out of 50, but they were on the small side 7-9", with only one over 10" (but ill take em, they taste the best)

the weather has em in a funk...a school would come in, id catch 3 or 4, and theyd bolt

tough fishing

was at my favorite spot, using my favorite rig as usual

talked to two guys coming in from the area i fished on my way out, one guy had a limit, another guy said he did "pretty good"....they were there before noon

you never know when theyre gonna bite!

Sounds great....Glad to hear you and a few others are pickin some up. I've been scouting out other areas a few miles South. I agree that this weather really has them layin low. I got skunked two afternoons in a row 3-dark. That's really rare for me. Everyone else I talk to from Fair Haven down to the 10 mile says the same thing. I wouldn't move from that spot anytime soon, it sounds like its been very productive. Thats great.....Good luck ! ;)

Nice job Koby. It sounds the fish kept you busy. Those 7 to 9' are the first to go in a fish fry ;)
