How would I go about becoming the moderator for the review board? Thanks

I'm not Steve, but I'll try to answer your question.

Actually one does not "go about" being appointed a moderator. Now and then the moderators will discuss what might be called "moderator material", that is, guys and/or gals who appear to have what it takes to become a moderator. We'll talk among ourselves and the site administrators about what it takes to do the job and who seems to have those qualities.

I've been a moderator for almost a year now, having been on the site for two years before my appointment.
