Shore fishing for Walleyes

Has any one been doing any surf or pier fishing for Walleye at night in and around the Saginaw Bay?

:p Not really by Saginaw Bay but I tried at the Detroit River at Ecorse and Trenton with no luck. Last week the Professional Walleye Tournament was held in the Detroit River. Rumor is 1800 walleye were taken so the place might be a little fished out at the moment.

I was at Augres friday nite and only seen 3 walleyes caught, and I got 2 of them...Very slow
