went to yankee springs and fished this morning. Finally able to ice a few fish.gills and a spec.nothing big, just right for the frying pan. Fish were in schools, I had to constantly move around looking for them. Catch a couple and then they were gone.
anywhere from 18' to 10' of water. I didn't have minnows w/ me and perhaps I could of done better on specs.
Most guys out there didn't catch any. Hopefully this is a sign of better fishing on the way.
