I hope that this picture loads it is my first attempt to post a picture here. if not, its in my gallery. I cought these on a lake near the Oakland exit off of 94 there was about four inches of good ice. Fish were taken on perch minnows on a hairy spider green glow jig. http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/photopost/data/529/5798reduced_size_crappie-med.jpg

Not many choices for lakes around that exit. Which pond or lake are these from or is it a secret and that is all you can tell?

When you solve the riddle it should be rather obvious to you and I hope that it remains a somewhat close to the vest hole for us. But as fellow Kzoo'ers and MSM members I feel that I owe it to you to fill you in. Heck, its not much of a secret now though by looking at how many people have been fishing it recently but yesterday I spent about an hour or two and cought these three, not a lot but enough for one guy to eat and they were all 10-12 inches cought on the above method. I had to travel through the
- - - - - on my way to grandmothers house to find these!
-Hope this helps, I had to make ya work a little didn't I? LOL

Over the river and........ I have never fished there, i fish a few lakes near there w/o public access. Sometime we may have to give one of them a try.
