Escanaba

I will be heading up to Escanaba Thursday and was wondering how the fishing has been up there?

Any suggestions on where to go and what maybe hitting.

I would imagine that some die hards are still out on boats on the bay de noc's, and some are at the edge of the ice in shanties. Inland ice is very good.
I havent heard much of the catch, but would say walleyes are hitting good.

Plenty of ice in both bays, a few areas that have thinner ice, but for the most part with cold weather shoulden't be too bad. Saw vehicles on the ice as well a couple days ago
