just came home from metro

Just fished at metro.I stayed in the marina and hit nine in about two and a half hours.Two were sunfish the rest were dinky perch but still had fun.About three inches of ice.Everything hit wigglers on a bright green teardrop usually when I left it sitting still.Fished about eight inches off bottom and had no luck with minnows.

I know Lakeside had wigglers earlier in the week... not sure after this weekends crowds

Hit South River Road, good ice 4-5 inches in spots. Caught a few dinks, could barely see bottom in 2'-5' of water. The bait shop near Metro had lots of wigglers @ 7 am.

Yep, I just got back from Metro Bait and they had a tub of wigglers. I bought 6 dozen wigglers and 10 dozen wax worms. Geez, am I optimistic! :p I heard they caught a few jumbos at the mouth of the Clinton but no numbers, I'm still undecided on where to try tomorrow. Please feel free to PM me with a spot where my son and I can limit out. ;) :D :p :)
