There is now fishable ice off Cotton Road. I believe "Jeff" who lives at Cotton and the Lake will again have parking for a $5 charge. Have not fished the area but intend to fish Saturday evening

Not familiar with Jeff. I would imagine the parking fills up fast. Ayone hear if the water clarity is good in that area? I heard it was a bit dirty by the Metro area.

Gone Fishing, The water is real murky. I made 5 or 6 moves and could never find clear water. I caught 6, no keepers. Parking was free for me.

Salmonslammer,
The house your refering to did have a sign out today advertizing parking for 5$.
I was there for the first time today with a group of 4. We ended up with about 15 keeper perch and 8 of the biggest gills i've ever seen let alone caught. We caught a few largemouth as well. All on teardrops w/waxworms and mousies. Had a big pressure crack come right through our spot and connected 4 holes. The side we were on dropped about two inches and pushed a flood of water up onto the ice before we got moving. Other than that we had fun.
