I just got a machine from the mother in law its called a Jet Stream Oven by American Harvest. Its got a couple of racks and the tempature goes from 400 to 150 degrees. I was wondering if it could be used to make venison jerky. Only reason is because the book did not say anything about making jerky. Anybody use one of these and what temp and about how long would be a good starting point. Any help would be appreciated, cause I sure would like some jerky while I'm out ice fishing. Thanks BAYDOG:p
