fairhaven DNR launch?

any of you first icers out there familiar with this part of the lake?

i read some posts a while back saying the fairhaven DNR access is a good first ice spot

anyone know if we have ice there yet, and if so, do you think its worth a shot this weekend?

Yes indeed it is a good spot, and you better believe that it is going to be PACKED this weekend, especially with everyone waiting for this ice.

If you get an early start, try over by the Raft. Should be good for perch and pike!!!! I'll be out there, at about 9:30 or 10. Give me a shout on channel 7!!!!:D
