metro ice???

Has anyone been to Metro Boat Basin lately to check the ice conditions? Is there any yet? I would guess there has to atleast be a little. Haven't had the time to check myself....maybe I'll make it out there tonight.

Stopped last night and the basin has skim ice. Guys were fishing off the docks but no one on the ice. Probably by the weekend there should be some safe ice in areas.

six guys fishing the main lake at metro today one guy at least 1/2mile out did not look like they were doing any good

Cutter, are you talking about at the sail ramp. If so how far out was there ice? That may be may first choice for the weekend? Thanks for the report, You guys out that way that keep us updated on the condition are great.
