Heading up to the Ausable this Thursday and was wondering if anyone can reccomend a decent place to
shack up for the night.

The Redwood Motor Lodge is probably one of the best. It has a pool and jacuzzi. It's 3 miles south of town on US 23. For the budget minded, the El Cortez is an affordable option. It's just south of the river, also on 23.
