I'm in the middle of tearing up carpet and painting a bedroom right now. I could probably make it later in the week.....Patch

PS: I hate being on vacation and not having any ice. My wife always finds something that can be done. But it did need to be done.

Just got home. Still no bluegill. I finally did have one bite though. Caught a ton of small perch, and watched the guys in front of me get some gills but you had to work hard for them. TrailFndr is going to be out in the morning give him a shout channel 7 if you are up there. south boat launch.

I might be up to go again thursday or saturday.

Got home Wed, early afternoon, Tried to fish the Morning, but the wind ran me off the lake after only about an hour and a half.

Too windy to get the Shappell set up, and too windy to sit there without it lol...managed one small pike, and one small gill....

All in all, a lousey trip for fishing, BUT, a good time none the less.

Nels, 7 inches along the South shore weedbed...Should be thicker by early next week with the cold snap coming in..
