Smoked a couple of pork loins for our Christmas family dinner. Was a big hit. One was smoked plain and the other had cajun seasoning on it. Skoked for about 5 hrs. using apple wood.

Mike-
Glad to hear it turned out!
Boneless Loins?
What kind of smoker did you use? Did you use chips the whole time? What internal temp did you heat it to...I am assuming thats how you determined it was done?
Sorry about all the questions, but I am anxious to try it myself.

Joel, I have an electric smoker. 150 degr. at most. Used green apple cuttings from my trees. Used boneless loins from Meijers($1.79 lb) If your worried about internal temps, smoke for 2 hours at low heat then put it under the microwave till you reach your desired temp. I pretty much guessed when it was done(experiance). One I did plain and one was rolled in cajun seasoning. I like the cajun better although both had a nice smokey flavor.

Thanks Mike. Sounds like the way I would be doing it as well.
