Anyone ever try Hawaiin Noni fruit?

I've heard of it. Its originally from Tahiti and the surrounding Polynesian islands, although Hawaii is another source. Its supposed to be some sort of cure all with some people claiming it cures cancer, induces weight loss, is good for the nerves...etc. Its mostly sold as a juice. Some health food stores carry the juice or you can order online.
