Iv'e never fished over that way on ice or not. Can't help ya at all. But I would love to ice fish the Bay sometime.

The only thing I can say is keep an eye on these forums and good luck this year. You have plenty of lakes over that way to explore and should have tons of ice!

I spend every vacation day I have going to Bay de Noc to ice fish, why would you want to go any where else?

I didn't even know there was other places to fish up there:D

Actually, I have fished other lakes up there, but they were a half hour North of town, and we took several two tracks to get to them. I couldn't even begin to tell you where we were. We did pretty good on perch, and there was supposed to be gills and crappie in one of the other lakes.

Shoot me a PM if your interested in driving that far, and I'll dig out my map and see if I can still find them.
