A friend gave me some really spicy sausage a few day's ago. It's not made into link's or anything. Because it is so spicey, nobody will eat it, can I take it and turn it into sausage stick's? I was thinking that if I took a little bit of hamburg, mix it with the spicey sausage, then make it into sausage stick's. Will this work? The sausage stick's that you see at gas station's that are like 2 for $1, this is what I am wanting to do.

Thanks. If this is a little confusing, sorry.

I don't see why not. Try a little to see. I like mine spicy so if you need to get rid of some, I'm your man.

I like spicey thing's as well, but man. One bite of this stuff, and it will send ya running to get something to drink. Ok a little I will try. Another question. Could I put it in my food dehydrator? Or will the oven work the best in situation?

Thanks

Your idea will fix that spicy problem. Mix about 50/50 with a lean ground beef,,,ground round or sirloin. I would use your oven to Cook it on a low temp,,,,around 200 degrees.

I'd add some with my meat for chili! Sounds like some good stuff!

Sounds like good stuff to brown up and make breakfast burrito's with to!

Never thought of doing that Burksee, thanks. MMM, chilli. Sound's great, might have to make some now.

Sausageman, sorry for all the question's, but this will be my frist time attempting to make sausage stick's, as you can tell. How should I cook them in oven, on a cookie sheet? Will I need to get some casing(?) to make them? If done this way, I should be able to put a toothpick through the one end, correct?
