My son hunted Metro Beach last night and he's at it again today. Last night he said he had a few mallards come in on him. When I left for work this morning it was looking very ducky out. I live there and it is extreme torture to have to drive to work when you feel like hunting or fishing. Oh well. Them are the breaks. Good luck trying to get Metro. You got to get there early in the morning. I have heard a lot of shots this season coming from Metro. If for some reason you don't get metro try the bay between the point at Metro and the mouth of the Clinton River. If you got a good blind and can sit still, you will have the birds come in on you.
