Well not really. I was going to take a picture of what I did today and post, but I couldn't squeeze it in.
I spent the afternoon processing my entire doe from last weekend into sausage and jerky (all except the backstraps). I can't believe I got it all done, but in the end I had a kitchen bag of brats and kielbasa when I was done--probably 60lbs worth. And about 5lbs of sliced jerky.
What a morning! Just in time for opener. Guess what we'll be eating most of the weekend.
