Well not really. I was going to take a picture of what I did today and post, but I couldn't squeeze it in.

I spent the afternoon processing my entire doe from last weekend into sausage and jerky (all except the backstraps). I can't believe I got it all done, but in the end I had a kitchen bag of brats and kielbasa when I was done--probably 60lbs worth. And about 5lbs of sliced jerky.

What a morning! Just in time for opener. Guess what we'll be eating most of the weekend.

nice job. i do my does about the same too. last year i found a guy from down south who (every year) processes every doe he gets into burger and summer sausage. I told him i'd give him 10 pounds of burger for every set of backstraps. been doing it ever since. pretty good trade i thought.
