teriyaki mallard

this is as simple as it gets......pan fry mallard breast cubes in butter and half way through, soak them in teriyaki sauce and serve over egg noodles. simple, easy and very good "football" food.

but seeing that I've never duck hunted I probably won't get to try it. Someday though I'm gonna have someone show me how to do it.
