Look at this weather. A nice southerly breeze, warming up to the warmest temps in days. I bet the "Skis are going nuts out there. And me stuck here at work. Anybody up for an evening fish? I'm thinking of launching at Harley about 4:30. Have to get a hold of the War Department first for clearance......:eek:

So did you give it a go? I know I'm chomping at the bit this morning. A bunch of my buddies headed to Leamington this morning and I was asked to go. I had to refuse because if I miss the Holloween thing tonight, I'll be with Bud the dog in his house. It was supposed to blow last night and today so I was hoping they would wait till tomorrow but when I walked outside this morning, the flags where just lightly waving. Grrrrrrrrrrr!
No, I didn't get out.:( My wife made me agree to not go out alone anymore when water temps are such that hypothermia will overtake someone in the water in a hurry. I had to agree with her logic, as much as I hate to. Lots of lake out there.

How come my wife could care less if I go out alone. :p She didn't even say anything last weekend when I ran 16 miles in the dark in heavy rain. :eek:

Esox: Can you go tomorrow? Wade or I can bring my boat. I can't get anyone up here to go, {Foot ball game or hunting is what they say}. I guess I will go somewhere for 1/2 a day around here. To warm not to go fishing. I will check e-mail later and in the morning to see if you can go.
I'd love to Jim, but I have to work tomorrow morning, bird hunting Sunday. I had best spend Saturday afternoon with the tykes. We'll have to get out before hard water.
