Headed over to Canada first thing this morning. Started at the Bassett. No bites, friend in another boat had same results. We both headed to the middle of the lake, 3 - 3.5 miles SE of the weather buoy, 19.5 fow. Caught fish fairly consistently until the wind kicked uo at 1:30pm, then they disappeared. Headed furhter south and fished east of Belle River in 17.5 fow. Caught a few and kept a few. Water was dirtiest on the southern shore, cleaner in the middle of the lake and cleanest towards the Bassett. Between 2 guys, we kept 67 perch, 8" - 12". Caught and released 4 smally's, biggest was 5 lb'er. Weather was great, until the wind really picked up from the south.
