Made this last night and let me tell you it was amazing. My two boys were licking the friggin pot.

INGREDIENTS

2 Goose legs and thighs
1 medium onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can corn
1 can cream mushroon soup
2 can cooked whole potatoes
1 can mushroons
2 tbls butter
1.5 cups half and half
1 empty soup can of milk
1 tsp worhesire (spelling)
crushed red peppers

Boil goose until completely cooked, then remove from the bone and cut into little pieces. (set aside) in soup pot add butter, diced onions cook until tender and worhesire, crushed peppers. turn heat down to low and then add soups, mushroons, milk and half and half, Stir until creamy . Cut potatoes into little squares like you would find in chowder and add to soup. then add goose pieces and corn. Cook on low heat until it is hot and more crushed peppers to taste. Serve with biscuits or homemade bread. Let me know what you think.

I made the same soup with lobster But I used cream of celery soup instead of tomatoe quick and eay chowder.
