4lbs skinless boneless sleelhead 1 cup butter,melted 1/2 cup dry white wine 4 cloves garlic 6 green onions,chopped directions: preheat oven to 475 degrees,stir fish fillets together with butter,garlic and wine.place in shallow baking dish,single layer,fillets should be in liquid half way.sprinkle parmisian cheese on top of fillets,pepper to tastebake approx eight minutes.sprinkle green onions on top and bake another two to three minutes or untill fish flakes.
