pepperd back straps

to start you need:

some nice juicy backstraps
fresh cracked black pepper
three cloves of fresh garlic
olive oil
cut up onion and mushrooms(fresh,morelles are best)


take your back straps cut them into medalions 1/4 inch thick

put cracked black pepper on a plate and press straps into papper both sides the more the better or if you like go lite

get your pan good and hot ad oil three tablespoons or so

add hole garlic cloves stir them around so the don't burn just let them browm

add back straps cook three minuites on first side

flip straps add veggies cook three more min

pull straps two the the top and let cook for a few mins

i like my veggies a little crunchy

pull out straps put on plate

add 1 table spoon of butter let it coat the veggies make a nice shine on them

put veggies on top of staeks and enjoy
