Pontoon Boat question

I am going to put my pontoon boat up for awhile. Being a first time pontoon boat owner, and only having it for this summer, what should I do? I plan on hanging it in the garage, so that the wife can park her car in the garage.

Good question Dale. I was wondering if I can store my pontoons with air in them. I was going to inflate them and put them in the garage rafters but wasn't sure if this would harm them.

You can but it is VERY important not to have them fully inflated or even close to it. If and when they are stored in a location that becomes hot they will get too much pressure in them and possibly burst.

Thanks Steve. Mine will be hung in the garage where it is easy to get to. Just in case I have the need to go fishin ;) Anything that one can do to ensure the pontoon's don't get ruined somehow during the winter month's, when not in use?? Especially if hanging in the garage like I will be doing.
