Poor Mans Lobster
2 Salmon Filets
1 Cup of salt
1 stick of butter
Start out with fresh salmon or steelhead filets. Cut them into cubes and set them aside.
While cutting your filets have a pot of water boiling on
the stove with 1 cup of salt in the water. Drop the cubes in and watch. The meat will instantly turn white as a lobster. Stir the cubes every few seconds. After 3-4 minutes the meat will start to float on the top of the water.
Simply take the cubes out of the pot and let them drain in
a strainer.
Melt a stick of butter in the microwave and dip your cubes
in the butter. AWSOME!!!!!
