Meatballs, a new twist.....
I made these the other night and man are they tastey!! The wife even likes them :)
1-2 lb. ground venison
1/2 lb pork sauasage
2 eggs
1 md. onion
1 md. pepper
Bacon
Pepperoni (yes really)
2 "glugs" BBQ sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic powder.....etc
3 Tbs. mustard
1 Tbs. hot sauce
Squirt of lemon juice
2 C shredded cheese
Parmesian cheese
Chop up the onion, pepper, bacon, and pepperoni into tiny
pieces.
Combine everything in a bowl and mix, mix, mix!!
Dont be afraid to try something different in the mix!
Maybe some honey, steak sauce, horsradish, whatever.
Just because they are meatballs doesnt mean that they have to be plain ol tasting!!
Roll into balls to your size liking
Cook in 350 degree oven for about 30 mins (time will vary on the size of your meatballs) ENJOY!!
