Garlic Venison
6 Venison Steaks
1 Clove of fresh garlic (Minced)
1 Cube of Butter
Melt butter in microwave, add minced Garlic.
Paint garlic Butter on Individual steaks as they are put on the BBQ.
Continue to paint each steak as it is turned over until steak is pink in the middle.
Simple and delicious!
