Pheasant Kabobs on wild rice

1 boned bird(breast & thighs)cut in bite size
3 strips of thick sliced bacon
1 bell pepper
1 Lg sweet onion

Marinate all the vegies in Lemon herb marinate for 1 hr.
get the grill hot.

put the bird in for 10 min.

put the kabobs together with the bacon next to each piece of bird and off to the grill.

In the meantime make your favorite wild rice by then the kabobs should be done.

Figure 1 bird for 2 people.

Making current
