Muskrat Chili

3 Muskrats cut into serving size pieces.
1/4 cup redwine,
1/3 cup chili sauce,
1 tsp minced onion,
2 tbs brown sugar,
1/2 tsp dry mustard,
1/2 tsp chile powder,
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce.

Sprinkle muskrat with salt to taste and place in a slow cooker.

Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over pieces in pot.

Cover and cook on low heat for seven to eight hours. Then serve.

I was just checking things out and came across this recipe. Has anybody tried it? If so how was it?

So, are the critters still frozen and sitting in your freezer or have you tried the recipe?

Just roast like a chicken.. Dont screw them up w/ all the seasoning.
