Cream of squirrel:

3 squirrel (or 2 large rabbits) cut into quarters
1 green pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 c. diced onion
1 small can water-packed mushrooms
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk

Cook meat for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker. Set aside. Stir fry peppers, onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil until browned on all sides. Combine meat, vegetables, mushroom soup and milk in electric frying pan and simmer for 30 minutes.

I tried the recipe you gave. Good flavor, Great tasting!! Next day my guests asked me if they could have the recipe. When I told them they needed squirrels, they said, "REALLY?? WELL, I WILL LOOK AT THOSE CITY SQUIRRELS A WHOLE NEW WAY!!" Good job on the recipe..

sounds like a great recipe. is there an alternate way of doing it without the pressure cooker? I don't have one?
