Cherry Teri Duck

6 wild duck breasts[skinless],equal parts teriyaki sauce and Traverse City cherry juice.

Pour marinade over duck breasts and refridgerate 3
hours.

cook on grill and baste with marinade until rare.

serves 3

This one is from the old "Cookbook" section (from a few years ago on this site.) The cherry juice is an excellent flavor with duck.

Pomigranite (sp) is also quite tastey....
