Squirrel Stew

Ingredients

Depending on squirrel size I usually use about 4 to 5
2 table spoons of butter
1 can of onion soup
I cup of white wine
tsp. salt
TBS pepper
Dash of Basil
Dash of Parsley
Dash of Coriander
Half cup of wild rice
1 celery stick chopped
1 carrot stick Chopped

First mix butter, onion soup, and wine in a pot.

Next add all spices and meat at the same time.

Finally add your rice followed by the vegetables.

Cook over a medium flame for 1 hour and then simmer lightly for an hour to an hour and a half ……..Constantly stirring.

Cooking times may vary due to amount of meat and tenderness desired.
