Grand River -6th st. dam

Can anyone give me any info on fishing the Grand at 6th st. ? I have never fished there yet and have heard it can be a treacherous river to wade. Is there a particular spot I should try first? Thanks,

i would sugest you start near the ladder if on foot ..and just about anywhere if in a boat
i will tell ya that there is fish in the river
