Ingredients:

12 lb. turkey
cajun spices

How to Prepare:

Put your choice of spices on the turkey then hang turkey suspended with wire in a 5 gallon metal pail/bucket with serveal random small holes around edge of base. Place lid on top. Place over low/medium heat on your stove. Cook for 80-90 minutes.

Walking Beer Option:
Using a propane torch cook for 90 minutes to 1 hour (while drinking beer). Make sure you walk around bucket to get all sides. Turkey will look black on the outside but will be the best turkey you have ever tried!!!!:D
