BIG JON Planer Board Reels

Anybody have a good place to get parts for these. Have tried to E-mail the company - no response. Checked several stores who sell them but do not carry parts. I need two (2) Guide/Eye pieces. On the parts sheet they are listed as Detail No. 15. The number I have for the company never answers (231-923-1623). Getting a little fustrated as I paid good money for these reels. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can call Big Jon and you will have the parts in a few days. There is a number on their web site. I ordered parts a few months ago.
