Tyler,

Your entire family has paid a price for making the site what it is today. Your dad has spent/still spends countless hours up-grading and monitoring many posts and features.
His devotion to the membership has not gone un-noticed. Many of us have become great friends and the site has generated a family type atmosphere among the membership.

Maybe some time this fall/winter we can get you into a steelhead. :)

Tell your dad thanks. I for one am very please to have become a member here. I was one of the first to suggest and organize an outing. I don't do many, but it sort of opened a floodgate of interst. Trout and Hunter333 were my cohorts in crime on that first sportsman's breakfast and shoot-out at the Durand club. We've had several of those, and lots of other outings cropped up since then. Those fishing dudes really go all out for theirs, I hear.

Some day the shooters and fishers will need to have a big combined outing and take over a whole state park somewhere or something.

Anyway, tell dad thanks again. We love it here.

Tyler,
Your dad does a much needed service for those of us who revel in outdoor pursuits. His untiring efforts in creating, administering (it isn't easy), and constantly looking for new ways to improve what Michigan-Sportsman.com offers is a testament to his integrity, skill, knowledge, and interest in what goes on in Michigan's outdoors.

Give him a big ol' hugaroo from all of us.
