Quick and Easy Venison
In a deep castiron pan melt 1 stick of margarin,
cut venison into bite sized pieces, brown in margarin,
dice 1 large onion,
drain 1 can of mushrooms,
add onions and muchrooms to venison,
season with galic salt,
cook over medium heat until the onions are gone and the juice thickens,
serve.
