Cajun Walleye

Ingredients:

Cajun flavored batter
3 or 4 eggs
walleye, perch, or fish of your choices


Directions:

beat the eggs until yokes are mixed dip both sides of fish into eggs, soaking it good roll the fish in a plate of the batter getting as much to stick as possible fry battered fish in pan lightly oiled or butter until done (usually 10 minutes or less)
