steve's walleye

1. catch walleye.
2. fillet fish. remove lateral bones.
3. break egg or eggs, mix in bowl.
4. crushed saltine cracker crumbs in bowl.
5. fry pan with light oil.

dip fillets in egg roll in crakcer crumbs. put in hot oil.
"real fishermen spit in the pan, when it dances around in the oil is hot enough.

fry fish until golden brown. do not add any other seasoning, there is salt in the crackers. anthing else ruins the taste. serve with cole slaw and fried potatoes.

another tip is put the cooked fish in the refrigerator and serve cold. you will like the taste.
