swamphunter.......wyoming has a outfitter/guide organization and i think it would be on the wyoming fish /game web site......i have a freind in wyoming in the town of douglas who i go hunt with and he might know of a few guides in his area.....i do know
Bull Busters out of Douglas are good not sure of phone # but they are licensed with the wyoming game/fish.....as far a pronghorn goes you dont' really need a guide heck i can tell you where to to in the grass lands north of douglas wy. and you should do fine as long as your not looking for a real big one ...i have seen 15 inch lopes out there and maybe 1 16 inch ..but if you want a guide i will see who my bud reccomends and post it for you......hope this helps.....bye Carl

Swamphunter,

I hunted with Rough Country Outfitters for pronghorn. I had the time of my life. Game was plentiful and the guides worked hard and were very friendly. The food was awesome also. The outfitters names were Jim and Deb Schell. I don't believe that I was misled in any aspect and I would highly recommend them.

I don't have a number handy but I believe they are on the web. Good luck.

Hey Swamp I went to Wyoming last year with sns outfitters out of Casper Wyoming and my pictures are in my gallery. They are a TOP notch outfitter that has GREAT property.

They are a Cabelas backed outfit, so that keep s most of them honest.

Let me know if you want some more info. Take a look at my pictures and see how good it is.

I shot both those animals with the same guide on the same 6 day hunt. We hunted antelope the first day, and smacked the mule deer the rest of the week.

Let me know if you want more info.

Thanks for the info guys it will be very helpfull in determining which outfitter to use.I have visited a few of the websites youve mentioned and found that sns outfitters offers some pretty good prices and excellent success rates. The spear head ranch site is interesting yet a little less informative than sns,so I will be contacting both by phone/e-mail before I make my decision. :D So thanks again guys!!
