Big Bay De Noc

Took my family to the cabin along with my parents and my brother and his family. With that many people to entertain I didnt get to fish much. HOWEVER, the 3 hours I did get to fish, THE BITE WAS ON! Went out of the Nahma launch Saturday at 6pm fished until 9pm. 5 of us including my 8 year old nephew and my 3 year old son landed over 40 smallmouth bass, 25 of them being between 14 and 19 inches. What a great first fishing trip for the young guys. Seemed like we had 2-3 fish on at a time between 8 and 9pm. If you like to fish for smallies, and you've never fished Big Bay DeNoc, you need to make the trip.

Hello Bigbay, sounds like you had a great time with those smalies. I Was wondering if you could give me a little bit more info on the how too's and where you were. Was it a live bait bite or plastics. I'm gonna be up that way sunday monday and tuesday to fish for a few eyes on little bay, but would love to get into the smallies as well on big bay. I've only fished the big bay once, and we really didn't do so well. Any info you'd care to share would be greatly appreciated.
