Take a fillet of your favorite fish, place it in a tinfoil pan, toss in a stick of butter and your favorite seasoning, place on the grill, flip when sides start to look white, wait about 5 minutes and then you are ready to eat some amazing fish. I know that you fish cookers know this
but for those of use that dont cook fish too often, I thought that this may be of help :)
