Man, those fish look like they have been eating quite well. Nice slabs! Yesterday while I was cleaning the boat in Erieau, my son was fishing for gills in the Marina. I didn't have any bait so he put on some fried chicken. There were so many gills there, he must have had 30 fish going after it as soon as it hit the water. No monsters like you caught but what a blast!

LMAO @ Hangoo, whens the FLW Bluegill Classic? Yeah I don't know if it's even a 1/2 acre pond. They also have some nice cats and bass. I didn't measure them but my handle on that pole is 11 and 3/4 inches. All my crawlers died in the hot garage so I didn't have any live bait so I found some Uncle Johns preserved minnows that I bought awhile ago and I used a treble hook and hooked them through the head so it looked like they were all looking up and food or something. It worked!! I'm gonna try again tommorow morn. and I'll bring a tape measure this time:) Man they fight so good I thought I had a pike on, they bent my pole sooo much. I love fishing that pond:D
